Delivery and Returns
Standard shipping charges are added automatically at checkout. The shipping price is for standard first class mail, or for orders over 2kg we generally use a courier service. We are a small business so generally ship orders only on a Saturday, but in case of holidays or high volumes may take a little longer.
We will always contact you to advise if any delays may occur. If a package is sent by us at this standard rate the buyer is wholly responsible for the package once it leaves us. Any lost or damaged packages are entirely buyers responsibility. We try to keep postage costs at the “cost” level, but given the range of products we supply there is inevitably some variation. Postage costs are automatically calculated based on the total order cost, and are charged as a separate line item during checkout.
The costs shown are for UK addresses. We ship worldwide and for deliveries into Europe a premium of 1.5x is added for shipping, and the rest of the world carries a 2x premium. In all cases the shipping is automatically calculated based on your shipping address and order value.
We do not share your data with anyone at all – Your privacy is important to us to the point if you shop via our online Paypal system we do not even see your card numbers. Please be assured we will never spam you either – the only contact would be in direct relation to an enquiry or order.
Goods supplied as ordered:
If the goods supplied are as described on the website and you made a mistake ordering then we will accept them for return BUT the return postage must be paid by the purchaser. Returned goods must be notified in advance and be given a returns number. On receipt of the goods in resaleable condition we will either offer a credit note to the full value, or offer a cash/card/cheque refund less a 20% restocking fee.
Goods faulty, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied by us:
If the goods supplied are faulty or not correct as per the order and it is our fault we will offer a full replacement or refund. The purchaser should notify us within 7 days of receipt of any problem and return the goods with a note stating the returns reference number. We will then send out the correct or replacement item(s) and include a return postage refund, or refund as required.
